Why I trained as an Ontrack Accountability Coach
After years of struggling with my own health journey, I realized that the biggest missing piece wasn’t another workout plan or restrictive diet—it was accountability. Having someone to check in with, encourage me, and keep me on track was the key to building habits that actually lasted.
That’s why I trained as an Ontrack Coach—to provide the same daily support and structure that changed my life. My goal is to help women move away from unsustainable quick fixes and instead build a balanced, realistic approach to fitness that fits into their busy lives.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, consistency, and having the right support system in place to help you succeed. Through one-on-one coaching, I work with each client individually, making sure their journey is personalized, effective, and most importantly—achievable.
No forced workouts. No strict diet plans. Just real accountability, real support, and real results.
I’ve seen first-hand how transformative this method can be, and I can’t wait to help you experience it too. Are you ready to finally stay on track?
