Definitely would recommend everyone to try this. Katie was so encouraging and supportive, not judgmental also realistic to the challenges we face in our day to day lives. I have become more mindful of the decisions I am making in regards exercise and food. Katie’s kind and timely prompts were a constant reminder to make me work harder at my goals. Many a morning, I didn’t want to exercise but knowing that I would be telling Katie what I was doing that day made me get on with it, and thus resulting in feeling better for it. If you’re struggling with the day Katie will help you identify and set a small achievable goal. If you’re struggling with meal planning, Katie has an excellent pragmatic way of looking at the time left in the day and reminding you what you are able to still achieve if you just take 5 mins to plan.
Food and food groups aren’t denied - it’s all about sensible balance. Learning how to take control, visualise proper portions, the importance of water, all coupled with a little exercise.
