1:1 Accountability Coaching


Foundations Phase (First 4 Weeks)

The first month is where everything is set up properly your habits, mindset, routines, and accountability systems.

This phase includes:


  • Daily one-on-one accountability support (this is not group coaching)
  • Unlimited messaging and check-ins to keep you on track
  • Guidance on managing calories, protein needs, and nutrition flexibility
  • Help in building a sustainable fitness routine that fits your life
  • Mindset coaching and motivation to ensure long-term success

This is an intensive phase because it matters. We focus on doing the right things consistently, not perfectly.


Ongoing Coaching (Monthly)

£200 per month (minimum 4 week commitment)


Once your foundations are in place, coaching continues at a reduced monthly rate to support long-term success.

This phase includes:


  • Continued accountability and check-ins
  • Habit refinement and troubleshooting
  • Support through plateaus, life stress, and motivation dips
  • Ongoing guidance to help you stay consistent and confident


This is where results are maintained and strengthened, not rushed.



VIP 1:1 Coaching Experience

£950 for 12 weeks


This is my most hands-on level of support for women who want deeper coaching, faster progress, and regular face-to-face accountability.

  • Want weekly guidance to stay focused and on track
  • Know you do better when someone is properly in your corner

  • Full 1:1 accountability support as detailed above
  • Plus weekly private Zoom coaching calls (12 total)
